Refunds & Warranty.

We stand behind our hardware. If you encounter any technical issues or manufacturing defects with your SUV unit, we offer a full replacement within 10 days of delivery. The unit must be returned in its original premium packaging with all included accessories.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Once the unit has been shipped from our facility, the order cannot be cancelled, but remains eligible for our replacement policy if issues arise upon arrival.

Every SUV PC is engineered for longevity. We provide a 3-Year Back-to-Bench Warranty covering all internal hardware components. Our engineering team will repair or replace faulty hardware during this period at no additional cost to you.

We provide complimentary On-Site Support strictly in our serviceable areas. For locations outside our direct service zones, customers are required to ship the unit to our service center for Back-to-Bench repairs. Please contact our support team to verify if your location is within the on-site service zone.
